Information We Collect

The CHA app collects the information needed to manage hockey programs, registrations, payments, waivers, athlete profiles, testing reports, staff scheduling, attendance, safety needs, and family communication. This may include parent or guardian name, email, phone number, athlete name, age or birth year, program selection, emergency contact details, medical or allergy notes provided during registration, waiver acceptance, payment status, and app notification preferences.

Athlete Testing Information

CHA may collect and store on-ice and off-ice testing scores, athlete report history, team or program context, coach review notes, development recommendations, and report status. Testing information is used to prepare athlete reports, support development planning, compare progress over time, maintain internal benchmarks, improve CHA programs, and operate MyCHA accounts.

CHA's benchmark tables, scoring logic, calibration methods, standards, report templates, trademarks, copyrighted app content, and aggregated or anonymized performance standards are confidential CHA business information. Parent-facing reports are intended for the athlete's development and do not grant permission to scrape, resell, redistribute, extract, copy, train models on, or use CHA testing data to build another database, service, model, or competing system.

How We Use Information

CHA uses information to create and manage registrations, confirm program details, process payments, provide receipts, manage attendance and safety needs, support MyCHA accounts, share testing reports, send service updates, maintain records, and respond to parent, guardian, coach, or staff requests. Promotional messages are sent only when a family has opted in where required.

Payments

Credit card payments are processed through Stripe. CHA does not store full credit card numbers in the app. Payment records may include transaction status, amount, program details, receipt-related information, and reconciliation notes.

Service Providers

CHA may use trusted providers to operate the app, including hosting, database, payment, booking, email, analytics, reporting, and notification services. These providers are used only to support CHA operations and the services families request.

Children's Information

The app is intended for use by parents, guardians, coaches, and CHA staff. Athlete information is collected from parents, guardians, or authorized team contacts so CHA can safely deliver programs, testing, and training services.

Sharing and Access

CHA may share athlete information with CHA staff, contractors, coaches, facilities, emergency contacts, medical responders, service providers, or authorized team contacts when needed to deliver services, manage safety, prepare reports, or operate the app. CHA does not sell athlete testing information.

Data Choices

Families may ask CHA to update account details, correct registration or athlete information, unsubscribe from promotional communication, request account help, or ask questions about how athlete testing information is used. Some service messages, including schedule, payment, safety, waiver, registration, report-access, and account notices, may still be sent when needed to deliver a purchased or requested program.

Retention and Security

CHA keeps records as long as reasonably needed for program delivery, athlete development, account support, legal, tax, safety, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, benchmark, and business purposes. CHA uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal and confidential information, including limited access to admin tools and testing reports.
